What it cuts
Roll or sheet material up to 24 inches wide.
Contour-cut vinyl for windows, doors, vehicles and equipment. Print-and-cut graphics need a printer/cutter.
Solid-colour lettering and logos in cast or calendered vinyl, weeded and taped for application.
Cut HTV for shirts, bags and uniforms; mirrored in the driver and pressed with a heat press.
Masking film for painted signs, boards and walls, cut to the artwork and removed after painting.
Thick sandblast resist for glass and stone, cut with the higher downforce settings.
What you need with it
A cutter is only as good as its blade. These are the consumables that keep it cutting clean.
45 degree for vinyl and HTV, 60 degree for thick or reflective stock. Two-pack and five-pack.
Shop blades →XD-CH3 standard holder or the adjustable alloy XD-CH4 in blue, orange and red.
Shop holders →The sacrificial strip the blade cuts against. Replace when scored to keep cuts clean.
Shop cutter pad →Cast and calendered sign vinyl, HTV and specialty films by the roll.
Shop media →A cut-only machine handles solid-colour vinyl. For full-colour decals, wraps and labels you need a printer/cutter. The BN2 Series prints and cuts on one bench-top unit.
