Enhanced Operator Safety: Features a crucial Light Beam Safety curtain that instantly stops the machine if the cutting area is breached, ensuring maximum operator protection.
Aluminum Table: The high-quality Aluminum Table simplifies material handling. It moves and positions heavy paper stacks with minimal effort (Air optional).
Powerful Hydraulic Operation: The hydraulic clamp and blade deliver strong, steady pressure for smooth cuts through thick stacks. You can use the foot pedal to control pre-clamping manually
External Hydraulic Control: It includes an outer hydraulic pressure controller for easy pressure checks and adjustments. Two outside pressure indicators help you monitor cutting and clamping pressures with more flexibility.
Advanced Programmable Control: The 10.2” touchscreen lets operators program and store many cut jobs with ease. It reduces setup time and keeps cuts repeatable with ±0.2 mm accuracy.
High-Performance Servo Motor: The Servo Motor moves the backgauge with precise and reliable control. It delivers high accuracy and long-lasting performance.
Versatile Cutting Capacity: Handles an impressive Max Cutting Size of 22” x 22” (560mm x 560mm). Also has a substantial Max Cutting Height of 3.9” (100mm).
Optional Side Tables: Side Tables are Optional for extending the work area and providing greater support for larger sheet sizes.
