Genuine Roland DG part 1000025142 (ASSY,DAMPER DOUBLE CIR 3 CG2075).

Replacement double ink damper for the head carriage. Dampers regulate ink pressure to the printhead and are typically replaced alongside a head or when ink flow becomes inconsistent. Roland lists this as a required spare part for these machines.
