MBM Scorer (408A, 508A)
The MBM AC0628A Scorer Add-On fits several MBM paper folders, including the 408A and 508A models. It upgrades your folder to score paper as well as fold it. You can install or remove it easily when needed. This makes it perfect for delicate paper, fibrous sheets, or pages with heavy ink.
Scoring before folding helps stop cracking on these materials. However, you can’t score and fold in the same run. First, score the paper, then remove the add-on and fold it. You can also boost your machine’s use by adding the AC0629A micro-perforator accessory.
